Job Description

Receptionist Salary RM2000 - RM3000 Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they enter the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • With/without experience.
  • Posses at least a SPM.

Working Hours:
