Roles & Responsibilities:
Communication Skills - Receptionists interact with clients, staff, and visitors
in person, over the phone, via email and social media outlets
Customer Service & Problem-Solving
Comfort with basic (and possibly advanced) office tools, including phone
systems, Microsoft Office, email platforms, and scheduling or CRM
software, is essential.
Work closely with centre's lead nurse, staff nurses operation team
Requirements::
diploma or equivalent; admin training preferred
Friendly and compassionate attitude
Mandarin or English speaking preferred (BM essential)
