Position Overview
We are looking for a
Receptionist / Service Crew
who will be the heart of our guest experience.
You'll be the first smile our guests see -- greeting them warmly, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow between the front and kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage reservations, calls, and walk-ins efficiently.
Coordinate seating arrangements and maintain the waiting list.
Provide menu guidance and recommend special dishes.
Support daily floor operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness at the reception and dining areas.
Handle guest concerns politely and provide quick solutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
Promote ongoing promotions or events.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience
in F&B or hospitality.
Diploma in
Hospitality / Tourism / Service Management
preferred.
Fluent in
English & Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin is an advantage).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Organized, confident, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about service
and enjoys meeting new people.
