ABOUT THE ROLE:

Xsolla is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in the financial industry. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are critical requirements as the position assumes working with the "real" money where no mistakes are accepted and high-quality work should be performed within a strict deadline. This is a dynamic role that requires to adapt quickly to all new circumstances such as new services and other related changes. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, set priorities and make decisions. Last, but no the least, the candidate should be able to identify any arising issues and propose different options to resolve them. \

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing reconciliations of client\'s funds, bank accounts & payment providers on a daily basis
• Check and agree Platform balances and Payment method balances
• Resolve any discrepancies identified in an efficient and effective manner
• Reporting of the reconciliation findings
• Identifying weakness on the systems to avoid losses for the company
• Assist in other tasks and internal report as required
• Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient MS Excel user
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with and analyze large sets of data
• Ability to work with strict deadlines and under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Attention to detail and result-orientation
• Experience in a similar role 3 years
• Experience in financial or fintech companies would be considered an advantage
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
