The R2R Analyst will play a key role in the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in record-to-report activities.Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.

General Ledger Management:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Month-End and Year-End Close:

• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary financial data.

Compliance and Controls:

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the record-to-report cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• Support management in decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years proven experience in financial reporting and general ledger activities.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
