Job Title: RTR Senior ManagerDepartment: Finance Shared Service CentreReports To: Finance Director / Head of FinanceJob Summary:The RTR Senior Manager leads the Record to Report (RTR) process within the Finance Shared Service Centre, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role involves managing a team, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the RTR team, set objectives, and oversee performance.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
- Process Improvement: Streamline RTR processes and implement best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and manage external audits.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on RTR matters.
- Project Management: Lead RTR-related projects and system enhancements.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master\'s or professional qualification preferred.
- Significant experience in RTR processes and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
