As a senior member, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process optimization in the record-to-report cycle.Financial Reporting Leadership:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements.
• Oversee the timely submission of accurate financial reports.

General Ledger Oversight:

• Manage and reconcile intricate general ledger accounts.
• Investigate and resolve high-level discrepancies in financial records.

Month-End and Year-End Close:

• Take charge of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless data gathering.

Compliance and Controls:

• Ensure adherence to stringent accounting policies and procedures.
• Establish and monitor robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement advanced process improvements in the R2R cycle.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices.

Financial Analysis Expertise:

• Conduct sophisticated variance analysis and provide strategic insights.

• Collaborate with leadership to support key decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years extensive experience in financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
