Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated/proactive personality to join our big family as Finance Intern. We are committed in providing on-the-job experience and mentoring to prepare the interns for real working experience.


The Intern will primarily responsible for the daily execution of Record to Report processes in line with corporate guidelines, internal procedures and the departmental goals.


Execute based on established accounting principles, policies and procedures & ensure we are compliant; internal controls are adhered to; terms of the service level agreement are consistently met; and that efficient workflows and best practices are adopted, in the RTR department.


What we ask


Candidate currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya. Good team work & Positive mindset Supportive of other team members and willing to share workload when is needed.

Vacancy description
You will be part of the RTR Supply Chain Finance Team of GDBS Asia. You will be responsible to:

Perform Weekly task e.g Production settlement, Work order & Mat loss report. Post Journal submitted by Opco. Perform BS reconciliation and clearing on monthly basis.
