Ensure files are submitted in a timely manner for the respective actions per datelines
Obtain & monitor responses from lawyers on files referred
Provide feedback and information required on the cases worked on
Follow up with customers on payment arrangements
Monitor listing of accounts in Credit Rating Agency (CRA & Experian )
Ensure accounts are listed in timely manner
Ensure system / manual deletion where applicable on accounts with payment
Monitoring the budget for legal
Perform outbound calls to customers with related active accounts (6 months)
Negotiate payment arrangements when applicable
Update CRM & UCCS on call made
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English & Malay
Minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience in a related field
Min SPM qualification
Excel power point skills \xe2\x80\x93 intermediate
Analytical skills - able to review collection reports and provide feedback on improvement
For staff managing legal accounts \xe2\x80\x93 experience working in a legal firm or handling legal accounts in a previous job.
