We are a leading Trading Company handling FAST MOVING CONSUMER PRODUCTS in Sarawak and Sabah. In line with our company expansion, we are seeking qualified, enthusiastic people to join our company. Recovery Manager :
- Create and implement work strategies to increase the productivity of the recovery department.
- Manage all required documentation as part of the recovery process.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure that they are available to handle the workload.
- Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with the management team as needed.
- To present finding and escalation by providing solutions and develop strategies for improving the accounts receivable process.
- To analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve collections and reduce past-due balances.
- Communicate with supplier to build and maintain a strong working relationship. Others assignment as and when required by the Management.
- Candidate must possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administrative/Accounts or related.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, independent and result oriented.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions.
- Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
