In charge of contacting clients to collect or remind them of overdue payments.
Proactively call customers to inform them of outstanding balances.
Persuade, negotiate, and collaborate with clients to establish feasible repayment plans.
Diligently follow up on payment commitments made by customers.
Achieve personal and team targets to qualify for the Incentive Program.
Offer explanations and resolve queries related to non-payment issues and other product-related services.
