Responsibilities
Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to follow up on overdue payments.
Negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications and payment arrangements.
Update system records promptly and monitor customers' payment progress.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and confidentially.
Work towards achieving monthly recovery targets as part of a team.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or higher is an advantage).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / data entry).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply -- training provided.
