Position Title Recovery Support (Admin & Analytics)

\xe3\x83\xbbThis role is to support the Recovery Management process within the department.
\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with panel lawyers / Debt Collector Agencies and ensure that files are submitted in timely manner for the respective actions per datelines
\xe3\x83\xbb You would also need monitor listing of accounts plus performing outbound calls to customers to obtain payment.
\xe3\x83\xbbThe candidate would need to be able to organize and categorize information according plus able to understand how this info/data can be pivoted/process to provide use business insights when making decisions.
Salary 2500~3400 (RM)
Location Selangor
Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English & Malay
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power point skills
- Analytical skills - able to organize and categorize info/data, review collection reports and provide feedback for improvement
