Job Description
Job description Act as liaison between company and customers to recover debts and resolve outstanding payments Communicating with customers via telephone, negotiating payment plans with owing customers Make outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for payment Receive inbound calls and to negotiable payment arrangement with customers To proceed with unblocking request Update CRM & UCCS systems on calls made and actions take for each customers Requirements : Candidate must be SPM and above Required high customers service, persuasion and negotiation skills Problem-solving \xe2\x80\x93 to work with customers to resolve their debts Communicate in English, BM , Chinese (pref)
