The Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is looking for Recreation Attendant (Mandarin Language Speaker) who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guest\'s experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.

• Coordinates, plans and conducts activities and excursions for guests and kids, creates highly personalized and enjoyable guest experiences on and off the island, including at the Kid\'s Club
• Able to perform simple guest lessons in all activities offered in the department; coaches guests in an enjoyable and effective manner; provides genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area
• Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; intuitively recommends and effectively upsells activities and services in a sensitive and personalized manner
• Has a thorough understanding of and actively uses available resources, including databases and personal contacts; Provides individual assistance and accurate information in an effective and timely manner; offers a special touch when an opportunity is presented
• Respond to guests\xe2\x80\x99 requests according to Four Seasons standards of friendliness and professionalism. Inform the Supervisor or Management Team of any complaint or issue.
• Attend daily briefing from supervisor or management.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Kids Club, Recreation Centre or Guest Arrival
• Support with any other tasks within the division and/or any tasks assigned by the management team.
• Flexibility in working different shifts including holidays.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous high end hospitality experience.
• Must be well organized and used to working in a multi-tasking environment.
• Must be able to stand for the scheduled shift.
• Require reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Mandarin and English language.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and teamwork.
• Strong organizational and self-guided multi-tasking skills.
