Responsible for day-to-day water park operation and every aspect of the water park management.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of water park equipment's and facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-equipped.
Monitoring health and safety of guests and staff.
Promote and market recreational programs to maximize guest participation and satisfaction.
Interact with guests to understand their interests, preferences, and expectations regarding recreational activities.
Coordinate and schedule programs to ensure a varied and appealing daily activity calendar for guests.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure staff members are knowledgeable and proficient in conducting activities.
Trouble shooter.
At least 5 years working experience in the relevant field.
Dynamic personality and capable of organizing various sport & recreational events.
Must be physical fit and healthy.
Preferably manager specializing in tourism and managing the water park operation and indoor/outdoor event.
Able to manage the team of high-spirited sport and game enthusiast.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and collaborate with team members.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of guests and the resort operation.
Able to handle crowd and multitalented.
Minimum basic Pool Lifesaver Certificate
CPR and First Aid Certification is a plus.
