Job Description

1. Kickstart Interview Preparation



? Begin interview preparation.

? Design banners and flyers.

? Review designs with COO/OM for approval before printing.

? Schedule open interviews, distribute flyers, and hang banners at company/van route locations.

Compile Data/Phone Inquiries



? Update name list in the database.

? Maintain communication with active job seekers.

? Screen candidates and match suitability with the company's requirements.

? Brief candidates about the salary and benefits package..

Before Interview Date



? Call hall vendor to book the venue.

? Invite candidates for the open interview.

? Remind drivers about the open interview schedule.

? Follow up with all potential candidates.

? Remind candidates about the interview session and advise them to bring the required documents.

During Open Interview/Interview Session at Company



? Attend to candidates and understand their background and work experience.

? Have candidates fill out a job application form for the position most suited to their qualifications.

? Screen candidates thoroughly and explain salary and benefits packages.

? Match candidates' suitability with company requirements.

? Fill in application form for fresh graduates.

? Attach all relevant documents as per company requirements.

? Brief candidates about company regulations and salary packages.

5. Interview Data/Results



? Record hired and rejected candidates' names.

? Follow up with candidates and drivers to ensure medical check-ups are completed.

? Inform the person in charge about the medical status of candidates.

? Send the final hired list to the person in charge for further action.

? Ensure each job application form is completed and all required documents are attached.

Intake/Orientation



? Receive intake date updates from HR or COO.

? Call and text hired and rejected candidates to update their job application status.

? Print out the intake name list and hand it over to the person in charge.

? Follow up with dropout candidates.

? Prepare contract letters for new joiners and have them signed.

? Brief new joiners on rules and regulations, salary packages, and contact information for their person in charge.

? Brief The New Joiners Regarding Rules & Regulations, Salary Package And The Contact Of Their Person In Charge

Completion Intake



? Hand Over All The Documents To Person In Charge Of The Company Client For Futher Action

? Collect All Banners & Clean Up To Keep It For Next Interview Usage

JTK Report submission to HR Dept



The report includes:

1. Report Period

? Specify the reporting month (e.g., March 2025)

2. Company Name(s)

? Indicate the company/client(s) the report covers (e.g., Paramit, EMC)

3. Interview Summary

? Number of candidates attended

? Number of candidates hired

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,745.85 - RM6,245.76 per month
