DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for recruitment to find suitable candidates based on s shared by clients. Understand clients\' requirements and provide competent candidates. Source for the suitable candidates from a database, job portal, and social media, screen and select candidates to assess their suitability to the vacancy in aspects of required skills, personality and experiences or knowledge. Coordinate interview arrangements, conduct interviews, and administer testing procedures. Maintain and lead a small team of recruiters and become the point person for the Recruitment Lead. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields Passion for talent acquisition Excellent communication skills Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) Friendly and outgoing personality Great time management skills Willingness to learn and be proactive PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS Has ideally 6 month of internship experience (not a must) Willing to work in office in Petaling Jaya
