Position: Recruiter ( Talent Acquisition)
Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)
Location: Damansara
Working Hour: Normal Working Hour
Salary: RM 5000 - RM 7000 (Open for negotiation)
Job Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle, with a strong focus on direct sourcing, in Malaysia, Philippines and regional countries.
Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and use various channels to ensure maximum successful output.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate relationship.
Share market knowledge with hiring managers and be viewed as \xe2\x80\x9cTalent Advisor\xe2\x80\x9d regarding recruitment related best practices and processes.
Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and provide timely reporting update.
Meet set goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, recruitment satisfaction survey, and require applicant tracking updates.
Participate in ad hoc team projects.
Job Requirement
Possess a bachelor\'s degree / university degree or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience
Previous recruitment experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented.
Good interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
Language proficiency in English and/or relevant languages.
Experienced with Regional Recruitment is a plus.
Experienced with Success Factors applicant tracking system is a plus.
