We are hiring Recruiter !!!

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates across various roles, with a focus on blue-collar positions. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and match them to suitable roles. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs. Manage the hiring process from posting job ads to final onboarding.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment,

especially in blue-collar hiring

. Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies.

Job Type: Contract and then convert to Permanent
Contract length: 3 months + Convert to Permanent based on the performance

Pay:

Basic: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month - (Higher Salary is Negotiable based on current salary and working experience)

Commission: Quarterly Commission Up to RM6000 based on the performance.
