Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet operations
Proven experience hiring high-volume frontline roles (service crew, kitchen staff, supervisors)
Recruitment Skills
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Experience in mass hiring, outlet opening recruitment, and seasonal hiring
Familiar with recruitment channels:
Job portals
Social media recruitment
Walk-in interviews
Referrals and agency coordination
Industry Knowledge
Good understanding of restaurant operations roles and manpower needs
Familiar with shift-based staffing, high turnover environments, and local labor market conditions
Knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and work permit processes (if applicable)
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant outlets, including frontline and management positions
Handle high-volume hiring for service crew, kitchen staff, supervisors, and outlet managers
Support new outlet openings, seasonal staffing, and urgent manpower requests
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal channels
Candidate Sourcing & Selection
Source candidates through walk-in interviews, referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs, and social platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with outlet and area managers
Ensure candidates meet job requirements, brand standards, and cultural fit
Coordination with Operations
Work closely with outlet managers and area managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
Advise operations teams on manpower planning, staffing levels, and recruitment timelines
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers
Employer Branding & Retention Support
Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates
Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring
Assist HR in analyzing turnover and improving recruitment and retention strategies
