Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a recruitment agency.
  • Proven success in delivering hires under tight deadlines - you're used to targets and proud of hitting them.
  • Strong client management skills: you know how to set expectations, follow up professionally, and handle feedback.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clear, professional, and proactive.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main recruitment contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships.
  • Understand client hiring needs, job roles, culture fit, and timelines through kick-off calls and briefs.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various industries.
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, social media, databases, and creative outreach methods.
  • Screen, shortlist, and present qualified profiles to clients - with clear, concise summaries.
  • Manage the candidate journey: coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide offers.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders (fill rates, pipeline status, time-to-fill).
  • Meet or exceed weekly & monthly hiring targets and KPIs (e.g., submissions, interviews, placements).
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support large-scale hiring campaigns.
