Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a recruitment agency.

Expertise in sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clear, professional, and proactive.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Serve as the main recruitment contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships.
Understand client hiring needs, job roles, culture fit, and timelines through kick-off calls and briefs.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various industries.
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, social media, databases, and creative outreach methods.
Screen, shortlist, and present qualified profiles to clients - with clear, concise summaries.
Manage the candidate journey: coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide offers.
Provide regular updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders (fill rates, pipeline status, time-to-fill).
Meet or exceed weekly & monthly hiring targets and KPIs (e.g., submissions, interviews, placements).
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support large-scale hiring campaigns.
