Liaise with department managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions (JDs), and plan recruitment strategies. Monitor and analyze recruitment data, such as interview attendance rates and employee retention, to improve hiring effectiveness. Manage and expand recruitment channels, including job portals, headhunters, social media, and internal referrals. Create and post compelling job listings to attract qualified candidates. Handle the full recruitment cycle, including resume screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding follow-up. Build and maintain a talent pool, and engage regularly with candidates for key roles.
Requirements

Diploma or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house or fast-paced agency environment. Basic data analysis skills to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly grasp business needs. Results-oriented and resilient, with the ability to manage high-intensity workloads during peak hiring periods. Able to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for both corporate and operational roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
