Position: Recruiter Employment Type: Contract (6 Months) Salary: RM3500 - RM4000 We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and assist us in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for recruitment. This is a 6-months contract position, with opportunities for renewal . Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. \xc2\xb7 Screen and evaluate potential candidates through phone and in-person interviews. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. \xc2\xb7 Partner with recruitment agency to fulfil the staffing needs and create workforce plans that align with organizational goals. \xc2\xb7 Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring. \xc2\xb7 Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to promote the organization and attract top talent. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of employment law.
