IN-HOUSE RECRUITER This role will be a position responsible for Client Hiring Activities in line with market norms for various job profiles (Technical, BPO, Customer Service, Blue Collars Job) and in line with the client\xe2\x80\x99s professional recruiting process. This job involves connecting with Hiring Managers while ensuring all the Service Levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction for client stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and implement talent acquisition strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including Screening, Interview, Selection and Offering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and implement talent acquisition strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct proactive sourcing through networking, candidate database etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop creative and innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for job advertising and posting via multiple job portals and social media platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Acts as a Recruitment subject matter expert and champion of the delivery solution that aligns to the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is welcome for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships. Required Skill(s): Recruitment \xc2\xb7 Demand Posting: Understand current client Branding Strategies and deploy them consistently across locations. \xc2\xb7 Candidate Screening: Conduct candidate prequalification process as required (e.g., screening against job description and vetting for interest/understanding of the roles. \xc2\xb7 Achieve Service Levels: Ensure we are meeting required Service Levels. Operate within and achieve monthly demand fulfilment targets across client operation locations.
