The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle -- from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role ensures that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while promoting the organization's values and maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
Develop and implement
effective sourcing strategies
through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct
initial screening interviews
to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Ensure all recruitment activities
comply with labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment standards
(e.g., RBA Code of Conduct).
Support
onboarding processes
