Diploma or bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in recruitment.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Experience with job boards/portals and social network.
Proficiency with content management systems.
Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
Responsibilities
Recruiting new staff as per department needs.
Develop job descriptions, advertise job postings and source candidates using a variety of search methods.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings and reference checks as need.
Schedule interviews with Managing Director after selection process.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms with the successful candidate.
Manage onboarding and offboarding.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Supervise all HR activities when needed.
