Job Description


  • Diploma or bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with job boards/portals and social network.
  • Proficiency with content management systems.
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
Responsibilities
  • Recruiting new staff as per department needs.
  • Develop job descriptions, advertise job postings and source candidates using a variety of search methods.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings and reference checks as need.
  • Schedule interviews with Managing Director after selection process.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms with the successful candidate.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Supervise all HR activities when needed.
