: \xc2\xb7 Scheduling interview (OCM to HM, email to candidate, room booking) \xc2\xb7 Ensure shortlisting candidate\xe2\x80\x99s profile in Workday before interview schedule \xc2\xb7 Follow up with candidate 1 day before the interview schedule \xc2\xb7 Provide the candidate interview name list to security team (daily) \xc2\xb7 Coordinate interview (collect required document, escort candidate to interview room, ensure Hiring Manager attend interview on time, sendoff candidate) \xc2\xb7 Remind HM to enter interview rating in Workday \xc2\xb7 Update Service now workflow for all interview stages \xc2\xb7 Create the Employment Agreement \xc2\xb7 Pre Onboarding Task \xc2\xb7 Collections of EPfiles etc. \xc2\xb7 Maintain interview schedule tracking file \xc2\xb7 Generate employment contract after candidate accepted offer and maintain the tracking file. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate pre-offer documentation \xc2\xb7 New account creation request to CSC \xc2\xb7 Collect documents from new hire on 1st day reporting. \xc2\xb7 Maintain proper filing of unsuccessful candidate \xc2\xb7 Trigger CSC to proceed the notice-in-lieu payment \xc2\xb7 Support recruiting event (eg.
