Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers

to define role requirements and craft winning sourcing strategies.

Engage and inspire candidates

--be their first point of contact, deliver exceptional care, and ensure a seamless experience.

Qualify top talent

for skill, culture, and motivation using innovative screening methods.

Build talent pipelines

and keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and opportunities.

Source creatively

from LinkedIn, niche platforms, referrals, and social media to find hidden gems.

Collaborate globally

with a US-based, international recruiting team and hiring managers across the world.

What You Bring:

4+ years of recruiting experience (technical & non-technical), with a knack for engaging passive candidates. Proven success recruiting internationally for global organizations. Outstanding networking, sales, and negotiation skills. Hyper-organized, adaptable, and decisive--ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication in English at a C2 fluency level (other languages a plus). Tech-savvy: familiar with cloud, IoT, AI, Boolean search, ATS, and Excel. Positive, persistent, and self-sufficient--always delivering world-class results. Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
