Job Description

We are a small, fully remote team serving household customers in the US with high-end cleaning services. We are rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, positive, and ambitious people to be part of our team.

This is a fully remote work-from-home role.

As a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist, you will be trained in each area of the business and be expected to master company procedures, progressing to source, attract, evaluate and recruit qualified candidates to join our team. Excellent communication, multitasking, and management skills are essential.

Duties will include advertising open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks, and our websites, as well as overseeing all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding. Intermediate mathematical knowledge is needed for calculating payments and percentages. High-level multitaskers excel in this role. Fluent written and spoken English (native level), good internet connection and a quiet place to work are required. Reliable internet connection and electric connection is required. You will need to provide your own smartphone, computer and headset for calls. Your computer needs to be able to smoothly manage up to 12 Google Chrome tabs at once.

Pay & Benefits:
$8/hour
20 Days Paid Vacation
