In KONE to support the business performance excellence, KONE Shared Services has joined forces with Finance & HR operations to form the new KONE Business Services (KBS), a one stop shop for all business services. KBS will help in driving better efficiency, improving data quality and providing seamless end to end process expertise. KBS will actively partner with the business lines and functions to provide end to end process governance, work toward joint targets with business.
KONE Business Services is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking for Talent Acquisition Executive to join our KBS, HR Services Asia Pacific team to support our Recruitment activities across Asia Pacific.
You will work with a customer oriented and highly motivated team which practices cutting edge and progressive TA strategies across a diverse business.
What will you be doing?
Manage the recruitment process end to end
Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers
Scope covers mostly blue-collar recruitment and will support engineer, and manager level searches when required
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the position\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and attract talent to KONE
Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the KONE-culture and strategy.
Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels
Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments
Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision
Propose employment offers in line with KONE guidelines
Work on proactive talent pipelining projects
Run reference checks when needed
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Act according to policies, processes, and guidelines when delivering the services for the organization. Monitor that local units follow set policies, process and guidelines and that needed regulations, laws and employment standards are taken into consideration and are being followed.
Collaborate with other HR teams e.g. Unit HR and business stakeholders to deliver consistent HR services for the organization.
Monitor business environment and seek information on workforce trends on ongoing basis to discuss further recommendations together with HR CoE team.
Are you the one?
Work experience as a recruiter with relevant in both external agency and in house hiring exposure
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques
Experience with assessments is a plus but not a must
Strong communication skills
Good relationship building skills
Good and creative problem-solving skills
