Support recruitment consultants in managing end-to-end hiring processes across various roles
Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
Conduct screening and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system
Assist in building a strong talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates regularly
We looking for someone:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a team and independently
Interested in business research, HR, consulting, or talent acquisition
You will be able to gain:
