We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our SG based clients, ensuring we attract the best candidates to meet our business objectives.
? Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
? Work Mode: Work From Office (occasional hybrid)
? Role: Recruitment Associate
What You'll Do:
? Fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
? Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants' job orders.
? Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position
? Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc.
? Manage Candidate Relationship till they are offered or rejected by the client
? Ensure stringent compliance to organization's procedure and policies.
What We're Looking For:
? Possess bachelor's degree in any field.
? Have 1-2 years of relevant working experiences will be an added advantage.
? Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
? Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work.
