Recruitment Intern

to join our team and play a key role in bringing in top talent to support our expanding operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a recruitment & communications intern to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a driven individual who's eager to learn the ropes of recruitment and employer branding. You'll be working alongside the head of recruitment in attracting, screening, and onboarding new talent while also supporting recruitment marketing campaigns.

Whether it's scheduling interviews, building content for job ads and social media, or helping coordinate recruitment events, you'll be a crucial part of our people team.

What You'll Do

Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates Support recruitment drives and outreach on job platforms Draft and publish job postings and assist in employer branding efforts Coordinate interviews and candidate communications Help manage candidate databases and update recruitment trackers Collaborate on content for internal campaigns and onboarding materials Support on-ground activities such as job fairs and training days

Who You Are

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in

Human Resources, Business, Marketing

, or related field Passionate about people, recruitment, and building team culture Great communicator with strong organisational and time management skills Proactive multitasker and eager to contribute ideas and take initiative Able to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
