Develop and manage a growing client portfolio; understand client hiring needs, culture, and salary benchmarks.
Business development: generate new leads, respond to client briefs, and participate in client meetings.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate onboarding; manage offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM; produce weekly activity and pipeline reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies; maintain candidate confidentiality and data protection standards.
Build and maintain a strong professional network; develop market intelligence on competitors, salaries, and trends.
Collaborate with colleagues on large mandates; share best practices and contribute to team goals
Job Requirements:-
2-5+ years in IT/Tech recruitment; strong track record placing technical roles.
Technical aptitude to understand requirements and assess candidates.
