Kelayakan

• Minimum 1 year working experience from HR or Recruitment field.
• Bachelor's Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering or related field [Min CGPA 3.30]
• Highly motivated with strong ambition, sales-driven, and passionate about recruitment.
• Resilient and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to foster long-term relationships and drive business growth.

Tanggungjawab

• Drive business growth by generating leads, building client pipelines, and securing new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending candidates, and ensuring successful onboarding.
• Advise clients and candidates with up-to-date insights on market trends, roles, and career opportunities.
• Grow existing business accounts with higher-level roles and long-term cooperation.
