Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in the healthcare sector to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing the right talents for various healthcare-related roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting to placement Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare candidates Identify and approach potential candidates through job boards, databases, and networking Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and client requirements
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources or related field Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on healthcare roles Strong understanding of medical/healthcare industry practices and terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
