Communicating with our client HR or hiring manager on to understand hiring manager requirements on job request. Writing job opening descriptions and requirements as well as posting to relevant job portal and social media platforms. Sourcing and screening candidate profiles to ensure candidate has the right fit for the job. Coordinate with client HR or Hiring Manager to arrange phone, video, or in-person interviews. Sharing most suitable profiles of candidate to client within committed timeline Keeping track and stay close with shortlisted candidate and client throughout recruitment process till candidate is successfully placed. Ensure good client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Attain or overachieve annual sales target assigned by the management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder. Sounds recruitment experience with minimum 3 years recruitment experience with proven track record with good stakeholder management Proven track record in recruitment and good interview skill Good communication skills and good command of English Experienced in candidate sourcing from prominent from job portal or social media.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
