What You'll Do:
? Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles across industries

? Conduct candidate interviews and build strong talent pipelines

? Write compelling job adverts and post them on appropriate channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc.

? Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills, experience, and client needs

? Support senior recruiters with candidate shortlists and interview scheduling

What We're Looking For:

? Minimum of one-year of experience in recruitment with recruitment agency

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset

? Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

? Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry

? A good sense of humor and team spirit -- we work hard but have fun doing it!

What We Offer:
? Competitive basic salary + attractive commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,900.00 per month
