The Job Role and Requirements You will be the face of One Sixty Asia - The first port of call for all candidates starting out on their journey with us! You will have the autonomy to develop the recruitment process, refine it and make it your own. You will have our Global recruitment specialist at hand to offer any support when needed. You will be involved in all things recruitment from organizing job fair events, interviewing/screening candidates and conducting all things admin. You will have the scope of progressing to a management position overseeing a team of recruiters. Your day to day role will involve - Utilizing Job Boards, Job Posting, Sourcing and Screening CV\'s, arranging Interviews Performing Phone and In person Interviews HR administration and other admin duties Lead on our employer branding initiatives through utilization of social media platforms Point of contact for all new starters Manage and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring highest levels of data quality International communication across our UK and USA offices Compiling weekly/monthly reports Think outside the box - Advertising, recruiting, communication About you You should have a genuine interest in the Not for Profit sector and a real ambition to become an expert in your field. Have experience in high volume recruitment, onboarding and have the ability to bring a human touch to the process Energetic, positive and professional approach to work, with a passion to develop and build strong relationships and networks. Strong communication skills at all levels and able to understand and discuss recruitment needs with colleagues and candidates.
