Job Description

1. Client Relationship Management & Job Order (JO) Delivery:

Proactively build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by deeply understanding their hiring needs, company culture, and overall business objectives. Working closely with the Account Manager or Recruitment Consultant, you'll ensure job orders are delivered accurately and efficiently, making certain that client requirements are fully met and candidates presented are an excellent fit for both the role and the organization.
2. Business Development:

Actively seek, identify and create new business opportunities by leveraging your network, industry insights, and market trends. Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their evolving needs, and position your services as strategic solutions that drive their success and foster long-term partnerships.
3. Candidate Sourcing:

Use a variety of sourcing methods--including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach--to identify and attract top talent. Combining these strategies ensures a strong talent pipeline tailored to each role's unique needs, helping to efficiently match the best candidates with the right opportunities.
4. Candidate Screening & Assessment:

Carefully review resumes to shortlist candidates who meet key role requirements. Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and experience in depth. In addition to technical fit, evaluate candidates for cultural alignment with the client's values and work environment to ensure a strong, lasting match. This thorough evaluation helps ensure only the best candidates move forward, improving placement success
5. Interview Coordination:

Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients, ensuring timely scheduling and effective communication. Provide guidance to candidates on what to expect and support clients with candidate updates, creating a smooth and professional interview experience for everyone involved.
