Role Description This is a remote role for a Recruitment Consultant supporting Singapore healthcare market. This role will be based in KL (Remote). Perform full cycle of recruitment Source, identify and conduct screening of potential candidates Interview coordination Maintain strong rapport with existing clients Identify new business opportunities and new client acquisitions Engage in B2B negotiation of service agreements Support daily operational work Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Sales driven and possess strong interest in recruitment industry Experience in recruiting nursing/healthcare professionals is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely
