Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the position and company's hiring needs.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles (sourcing, screening, interview, offer extension)
Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
Partner with above market CoC talent teams to ensure the delivery of key talent solutions and to align talent pipelines internally and externally
Knowledge in recruiting for technical and production function (engineering, production, quality, health & safety etc.), experience recruiting for functions good to have.
Knowledge of recruiting sourcing tools and practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g. Linkedin Recruiter license, Boolean search, Applicant Tracking System - ATS, or CRM data mining, Job board resume/CV databases)

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
