\xe2\x80\xa2 Sourcing and matching of candidates to Clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides excellence customer service pre and post sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute recruitment strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good CRM \xe2\x80\xa2 Source for new business as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with other countries recruiters and hiring managers \xe2\x80\xa2 Closely follow up enquiries closely \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage end-to-end recruitment process including resume screening, \xe2\x80\xa2 interview and extend of offers to candidates \xe2\x80\xa2 Support company recruitment campaigns (overseas) \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysis of market recruitment trends and data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
