Role: Recruitment Consultant
What You'll Do:
xf0x9fx8exaf Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
xf0x9fx93x88 Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
xf0x9fxa4x9d Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide feedback
Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition
xf0x9fx93x9d Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients
xf0x9fx93x85 Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
