Job Summary

As a

Recruitment Consultant

, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. You'll play a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms. Source candidates using online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking). Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders. Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate recruitment records. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates. Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role. Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
