We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage full cycle recruitment, coordinate interviews and support HR and payroll related administration. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth staffing operations.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with clients
Prepare job postings and update recruitment status
Prepare offer letters, contract renewals & HR letters
Maintain employee records and track contract expiry
Compile attendance, overtime & claims for payroll
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management
Assist with invoicing reports and general HR tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
At least 1 year working experience (Preferred)
Good communication in BM & English
Able to commute/relocate to Bangi
