Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
Identify and screen candidates via job platforms based on hiring requirements
Select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience and soft skills
Call shortlisted candidates over the phone and screen them for role suitability and coordinate with Singapore team for interview arrangement.
Communicate with candidate to manage expectation from both party and provide timely follow up and feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment OR fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Verbal and Written)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
