(Recruiter / Junior Recruiter):

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned searches. Source, screen, schedule, and conduct interviews, including reference checks, for prospective candidates provided by the Project Head. Actively source candidates using all possible recruitment methods: web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, contacts, and job boards. Partner with Project Head to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. Present shortlisted candidates weekly to the Project Head. Prepare and maintain detailed candidate profile summaries in the recruitment database on a weekly basis. Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports and database updates. Ensure recruitment database is updated weekly and references are followed up in a timely manner. Support and promote employer branding through recruitment activities. Perform any ad-hoc recruitment and HR-related tasks assigned by management.

Job Specifications:

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Solid understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Proficient in using Recruitment Database Tracking systems. Good knowledge of market status, recruitment trends, and best practices. Strong client focus with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Effective influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Critical thinker with problem-solving ability. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
